Why does wayfinding matter?
Wayfinding helps connect people and places where they want to go. It is a process of simplifying navigation, without which there will be utter chaos within a venue or a building. Starting right from the parking lot to the entrance points, wayfinding helps enhance the visitor’s experience safely and authentically. Wayfinding is an important piece of the placemaking puzzle.

Starting from analyzing the project, we continue with the groundwork and real-time drills. The team uses a regularly developing rigorous methodology for testing our concepts and designs. We never turn our back on the completed projects. We continue to test guest experience, surveys, and users, helping in fine-tuning our designs.

This is the initial phase and is all about discovery. We set up workshops and conduct user experience surveys to create a strategic process. We also execute audits to explore the points where people make decisions or lose their way.
