Tertiary Hospital KSA
When designing a signage system for hospitals we need to ensure that it is of utmost clarity
Visitors are often in distress moving through a hospital environment and require all the information they might need to be easily visible and available when they need it.
Therefore in the Tertiary hospital we made sure we the signage and wayfinding system is inline with the requirements the users will have while navigating the environment.
The design however had to adapt to the nature of the hospital, making it clear to the users of the environment in specific way given it is a children’s cancer hospital, the signage design approach we took had to be lighthearted and relatable to our key demographic.
A Lego like signage system to intrigue the children and perhaps for an instance make them forget why they are in a hospital.
