The development brings together luxury hotels, retail districts, cultural attractions, office spaces, residential communities, museums, dining destinations, and public gathering areas — creating one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant cultural and lifestyle destinations while preserving the legacy of the heritage setting.

Dezigntechnic developed a comprehensive wayfinding system that guides visitors seamlessly across plazas, pedestrian corridors, hospitality zones, retail districts, and cultural destinations. The strategy established a clear navigation hierarchy that supports intuitive movement through the dense urban fabric, while the signage language was carefully aligned with the architectural rhythm, materiality, and visual identity of Diriyah Gate. The result is a wayfinding experience that enhances orientation, strengthens connectivity, and respects the cultural significance of the destination.
